We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you buy from Fay With Love. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note that we accept returns. Please note that we do not make any refunds, we credit your purchase. This way you can use your credit for a future purchase or to make the exchange of an item. We accept returns at any time after your purchase, if it meets the following conditions;
- All exchanges must be completed within 15 days of receipt of the confirmation email;
- Not all items must have been carried;
- All items must be in their original packaging;
- For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time;
- Items can only be exchanged in the country where they were purchased.
ALL products purchased during promotions cannot be refunded. In other words, any purchase made during a promotion/discount is on final sale.
For any return, the delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Ship the item in a different and secure envelope;
- Please attach a note explaining the situation or reason you are shipping the product to us;
- If you ship us a product with an incorrect address or if there is a delivery failure, you are fully responsible for the loss of return.
