PROCEDURE:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase via Fay With Love. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns (note that we credit returns but we do NOT refund) at ANY TIME after purchase, if any of these following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn,
  • all items must be in their original packaging,
  • for hygienic reasons; earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time,
  • items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased.

ALL sale items or orders purchased during promotions can NOT be refunded.

For any return, the customer must pay the shipping fees.

Please join a note explaining the situation or the reason why you are shipping it back to us. Please mail it to us via shipping low cost (preferably in a smaller enveloppe)

CONDITIONS:

  • You must put the order in a different and safe envelope,
  • all exchanges must be done within 30 days, once the customer received the confirmation of the shipment via e-mail,
  • all returns must be unworn.
  • all sale and/or discounted items are final.
  • If you ship back an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
