RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We want you to feel fully satisfied with every piece you purchase from FAY WITH LOVE.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used toward an exchange or a future purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale

  • Items purchased on promotion or sale are final sale

  • Returns must be made within the country where the purchase was made

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  2. Securely package the item in protective packaging

  3. Include a note with your name and the reason for the return

Please note that FAY WITH LOVE is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or sent to an incorrect address.
