If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

FAY WITH LOVE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
FAY WITH LOVE is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

7. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit according to our policy conditions.

8. JEWELRY CARE & LIABILITY

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear but remains delicate.

FAY WITH LOVE is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics

  • Improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental breakage

Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewelry.
